For more than fourteen years, Louise Humphries has been a central part of our operations, bringing financial clarity, steady judgement and a reliability that underpins the company’s financial and administrative backbone.
Louise oversees a broad portfolio across the accounts function, covering accounts receivable, payable, management accounts and year end processes. She manages customer invoicing and is the primary point of contact for accounts related queries, making her a familiar and reassuring voice for many of our clients. Alongside her financial responsibilities, she supports the wider office with organising utilities, managing insurance, completing risk assessments and handling general administration. Her ability to take on whatever is needed and keep essential processes running smoothly has made her integral to the day to day running of the business.
She joined Think Worldwide in 2012 after taking time out to raise her two sons, returning to work when her youngest turned two and looking for a role that offered both flexibility and variety. With a background in payroll from a firm of accountants, she brought valuable financial expertise and a practical understanding of office operations from the outset.
Outside of work, Louise is most at home outdoors. She enjoys paddleboarding and long distance hiking and is no stranger to big challenges. Her latest is a 106 kilometre Ultra Challenge around the Isle of Wight to raise money for Abby’s Heroes.
Louise remains a highly valued part of the team, known for her reliability, her breadth of knowledge and the genuine team spirit she brings to everything she does.
